Digital Products

Products sold through Strong in Smaller Portions are primarily digital downloads unless a product listing specifically states otherwise.

Because digital products cannot be physically returned once they have been delivered or accessed, digital purchases are generally non-refundable.

Please carefully review the product description, included materials, file format, and compatibility information before completing your purchase.

Download or Technical Problems

If you experience a problem accessing or downloading a purchased file, please contact Strong in Smaller Portions through the website’s Contact page.

Please include:

  • Your name
  • Email address used for the purchase
  • Product purchased
  • Description of the problem

We will make reasonable efforts to help you access the product you purchased.

Damaged or Incorrect Files

If a file is corrupted, incomplete, or different from the product you purchased, please contact us so that a corrected or replacement file can be provided.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact us with your order information. Duplicate purchases may be reviewed and corrected when appropriate.

Change of Mind

Refunds generally will not be provided because a customer:

  • No longer wants or needs the product
  • Did not review the product description before purchasing
  • Expected a physical product when the listing identified the item as digital
  • Does not have compatible software or a device capable of using the file

Physical Products

If Strong in Smaller Portions begins offering physical products in the future, separate return, refund, and shipping terms may apply and will be provided with those products.
